I placed an order at 7:14 today, spoke to a lady who took the order. At 8:35 I called again and I was told a rider has picked the food for delivery. At 9:18 , I called again and I was told that my food has been returned because apparently the delivery guy couldn’t reach me because of network. I told them to send back the order to me and that I’m waiting. And to make things easy, I went ahead to give them the name of my hostel and my room number because I didn’t won’t network wahala issues bia. I just spoke someone called Stephen complaining about my order because I’ve still not received it. He said that you guys have closed and has hanged up on because I asked to speak to their manager. Very very very bad service! The workers are dishonest about delivery details. They will waste your time and be rude while doing it. The food is good and the restaurant is already established so they can do whatever they want at the expense of the customer. They refused to answer my calls when I kept calling to find out why the order was delayed so badly. Over two hours of waiting and still nothing from the dispatch rider who they claimed had left 30 minutes after I placed the order. Got myself Fried rice 🍚 with chicken wings, the price is okay considering the number of pieces (6pcs) of chicken I got, the Shito was also very spicy 😋 👌🏽 I think that was the best part of it.
