Beware!!! This place is out to cheat you. I asked for a substitution of shrimp instead of chicken which the waiter initially said was fine. He then came back and stated that there will be additional 32 cedis for substitution making 60cedis (the original meal with chicken was 28 cedis). That was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard since there was a similar meal with shrimp that cost 30 cedis all together. So I asked to speak to the manager. The waiter proceeded to tell me he was too busy although I could clearly see him standing at the bar. When I stated that I would wait he went to the manager who did not move from his spot. After a while I got up to talk to the manager myself who was unaware of this substitution policy but decided it was reasonable!?!? Turns out the food my partner got was just average as well. As a visitor in Kumasi, there are MANY better restaurants you can go. For example Ike’s Place was great with much better customer service and transparency.

First of all, their place is as neat and organised as their Google photos show. Their waiters are amiably terse and smartly dressed. Wait time for food is around 20–30 minutes, depending on what you order. Their Banku+Tilapia is my personal favourite. If you're a couple, going for Banku+Tilapia and Banku+Okra Stew (together!) is a good deal. Their rice dishes are just average in taste, and their fufu+light soup is just okay. I don't know about now, but they used to have a 'buy one, get two' promotion on a certain day of the week, which was a big economical saviour for hubby and me. Lol... Overall, it's a very good place to eat if you don't mind spending a few extra cedis above your average waakye seller's pricing. The beautifully neat orange environment has to count for...

Bad customer care.I called to order for fried rice and grilled chicken..I later walked in to pick up, got home and found out the food I requested for my guest was fried rice with fried chicken so I had to call them to report and they said they will call back which they never did...On October 26th 2018 I called again to request for jollof rice and grilled chicken however I picked up got home and it was again fried chicken i never touched the food..I had to call the customer service and they told me they will call back however as at 27th October 2018 they haven’t.If you really need good customer service i think you should go...
