We had quite the experience here. The food was wonderful - the spring rolls, chili beef, lemon fish, formula beef and various rice dishes. Compliments to the chef.

However, it took us over an hour and a half from ordering to receive our food. The restaurant had a large table of 10, a table of 2 and our table of four. It turns out, the head chef was away that day and they only had one in the kitchen. He just couldn't keep up. This is a major management oversight. If you can't keep up with three tables, what if you'd had a full restaurant? There might have been riots.

The other major mistake was that we had to get upset and ask questions to find this information out. The wait staff did not inform us why we were waiting as long as we had too.

As I said, the food was wonderful, once it arrived. The staff provided us drinks on the house. Next time, we will call ahead to make sure they have the appropriate amount of chefs in...

Came to empty restaurant alone at 8 PM. They only had one third of the items on the menu available. After receiving drinks, waited an hour 20 min before even having the wait staff came over once to check on me! They said food was coming soon, then waited another 20 min for my food. Steak was drowned in black pepper, presumably to mask taste and was incredibly tough. Side vegetables and fried rice were good. Food presentation was nice. Location was very nice. Prices very expensive, especially for meat quality and service level.

Met couple later who are after me later that night and they also had a similarly bad experience with long wait times, bad food, bad service and apparently also a power outage too!

Waited 40 minutes for sushi (good sushi) and a little more than an hour for the main course. The steak wasn't cooked the way I asked it was decent however. We chatted w/ someone from the restaurant on whatsapp they sent us the menu only to find out when we arrived reservations are needed and that night was steak and sushi night (limited menu). We were able to get a seat at the bar. The cocktails were really good, average wait time 10+ minutes for them though. Customers began going up to register with the staff to try to speed things up, a few left out of frustration and lack of customer service.
