Trubite Restaurant — Restaurant in Ashanti Region

My experience at the Trubite Restaurant shouldn't be rated because what we called service doesn't happen over there. There were three of us that visited. I got my food in ten minutes and the other two guys had to sit and watch me finish my food with their mouth dripping for one and half hours before a common chicken salad arrived then the third guy had to continue to wait while we continue to eat. His meal was the same Jollof rice but choose the option of beef which took one and a half before it arrived. We complained, just for the owner to explain that they were having video coverage for an advert of a brand that doesn't have anything to do with the restuarant. So customers were ignored, not focus of attention was given to us. My food wasn't hot which in the night I experienced a very bad stomach upset, I had loose bowels throughout the night which was uncomfortable and distracted my sleep. I will not encourage anyone to visit that Tribute Restaurant, especially foreigners. Even the juices that was served were mixed up on the table and took a very long time before we received it. If feel like they were going to the store to purchase the fruits before the juices were blenderes. I was very much disappointed in the whole experience and the pain that I had to go through on the night. I am still having loose bowels these morning. No one deserves these treatment, these explains that even though the service was bad , our food preparation wasn't given high attention which course my stomach upset. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this restaurant! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed like family. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely warm — it felt like being invited into someone’s home rather than just going out to eat.

As someone who’s not spice-tolerant at all (seriously, even too much salt or pepper makes me sweat), I was a little nervous at first. But the staff went above and beyond to make sure the food was tailored perfectly to my comfort level. They listened attentively, offered recommendations, and adjusted everything to suit my needs without compromising on flavor. The result? Absolutely delicious food that I could enjoy without fear — full of rich, authentic taste but gentle enough for my very sensitive palate.

The ingredients are picked up fresh and cleaned with praiseworthy hand crafted authentic Ghana recipes. Food was affordable, quick l, fast and convenient neighborhood will provide delivery.
