Country Club does have some upside: The place is surrounded by elegant trees that gave such a romantic feel for my anniversary celebration. The indoor dining room has beautiful decor and the bartender's drinks were delicious and he had excellent presentation. However, other parts of the experience make this place a 3-star rated restaurant at best. We were expecting a first-rate fine dining experience and this was lackluster. They have a 500ghc minimum per person. That's ~$40+/person ( profiling ). This is fine but that kind of investment comes with expectations that this place does not meet. We could barely read the menus due to what might have been a bad print job and they were stained with makeup. We chose to sit outside and there were no placemats. They are supposed to give you bread but the bread seems like it's rationed: two peices of bread for a table of two. We were swatting flies throughout our entire meal. This place is smoke and mirrors. We got the lamb and lobster. The lamb was Ok/salty. The lobster was lazily made. This is a regular restaurant in a fancy building. There is a crisis of ownership among the waiters that leads to long wait times for just about everything when there were only four people in...
Read moreThe place was beautiful and the food delightful. Everything was perfect including the service. It felt very exclusive and offered value for money. It is not cheap but I can promise, it is worth every Ghanaian pesewa. The valet was interesting and had a lot of personality. He added to the experience. All in all, if your budget can afford it I highly recommend this establishment to you. I included a memo from the place to serve as a guide.

Read moreI had a delightful Sunday brunch at the Country Club Restaurant right after church. It's conveniently located and easy to find on the map. Before arriving, I made a reservation—which is free of charge—though they do have a few reasonable requests regarding dress code, minimum spending, and general behaviour.
Upon arriving about 10 minutes late, they warmly welcomed us even though they had just called to confirm our reservation. I was nearly there, so it worked out perfectly. They have a large car space.
The restaurant offers both an elegant indoor area and a charming outdoor setting, all designed with serene and aesthetically pleasing elements that create the perfect backdrop for a fine dining experience.
The staff was exceptionally courteous and patient as we took our time deciding on our meal. One thoughtful waiter even offered to take photos for us and did a fantastic job capturing the moment. I opted for a salad recommended by the staff, which was delicious. After spending about two hours there, I left feeling thoroughly satisfied with the experience. It was a wonderfully spent afternoon at a place I'd definitely recommend for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. It's also perfect for an intimate...
