Gold Coast Kenkey — Restaurant in Greater Accra Region

If there is a zero(0) star rating that’s what I would give. This business is being patronized by consumers like us hence they are becoming greedy and service is very poor now. It started with a delivery guy Amartey who brought me less of what I ordered. When I complained, he blamed it on the girl who packaged the food. I always tip this guy but it looks like he’s not being getting enough therefore he has to play a “fast one” That was the first straw. I ordered some food today and waited for 2hrs and this guy didn’t show up. I called and he told me he’s somewhere and he will bring it. 30 minutes later he called and told me the food is finished after waiting for 3hrs. Owner Alice doesn’t answer her calls for complaints. I am done! I believe the way they’ve turned out, people will start running away....

I have known GCK for 3 yrs and I love their consistency in taste and most of all, their impeccable customer service. I always place order via phone call and get it delivered by their riders or with Bolt delivery. They are very professional and take customer complains seriously. You can tell that they use fresh and quality ingredients too. If you’re in Accra and looking for tasty and affordable Kenkey, then give them a call. Keep up the good work GCK! Their shrimps...

Some of the best kenkey in Accra is made here. However with the recent revelation that people are adding cassava dough, starch and all kinds of ingredients, I can't vouch for what is used here. The authorities need to test some of these so called special kenkeys. Until then, enjoy it and pray and hope it is...
