I personally believe customers are not to bear the brunt of a slow day at the shop. If there are left over stock that can be put there in the shop but a few fresh ones can be added or be given on request. It is not entirely fair to pay 30 cedis for a loaf of bread and even more Ghana cedis for 2 or more, if you have to drive all the way to the shop only to get old bread. The customer service can be better. The economy is hard already, money is hard to come by and the little money you make can’t seem to get you at least fresh bread to satisfy your cravings or hunger in the mornings except old bread. Not every customer likes a day old bread, if the reverse was the case we will then stop in our neighborhood provisions shops to get it instead of driving to your bakery.
