Worst experience EVER! If it was possible to not even give a star I would. Cos 0/5 is their rating. They had no ingredients. All 5 meals I inquired about were unavailable including the meal of the day!!! The meal of the day!!! The things my guests wanted were not available either. After waiting a while for drinks they brought 2/3 of our drinks and the other person in in our party waited 30mins more with no word about her drink even after asking other waiters to check in on it. By this time i saw a waiter bring in the meals they told me were not available to customers at another table who were seated way after us. The waiters were rude, not only to us but to their manager as well. While making the complaint the employees made lots of flimsy excuses that did not add up logically or with the chronological sequence of events. At which point a table of other customers stepped out to say how they had had the same experience as us and asked the staff to just simply apologize. The manager was nice and understanding, however, Im currently still confused about the whole experience 20mins...

Nyonyo food has been my favorite food from day but I was really disappointed with today’s jollof the food was too dry both the jollof and the plantain was really dry I bought 2 packs for myself and a visitor from Kenya who owns a restaurant over there and the way I hipped this jollof and omg I was really disappointed the scent of the salad sacked my visit in my room was very bad , like I said Nyonyo has been my favorite 🤩 I even bought 6 packs of Jollof and sent it to my aunty in London cause she also felt in love with Nyonyo food like I did so if I can buy and send your food to my aunty in London that should let u know am a die hard client but todays meal was not...

Worst service received today. I ordered jollof and they brought something chakachaka. I called them and they said they will change it for me but instead the dispatch came back to pick the food and sent me back money for only the food excluding the delivery fee I paid. So I'm paying for their stupid food delivery that I didn't eat and they didn't replace too. And there's no manager to even lodge your complaints to. Below average...
