Some of the staff lack professionalism and this restaurant could really help its reputation, by ensuring that they hire people who are friendly, courteous, and know how to mind their own business. These guys are THEFTS! I paid by credit card and after the payment went through, they told me that it is foreigner VISA card and that payment will be returned next day. They forced me to pay again by cash - I have three witnesses. The money were not returned and even after several requests they did not return it. I have been patronizing Papaye for over 2 decades when it started in Osu Oxford street so I believe my opinion matters when I say the food has taken a turn for the worst; at least at this branch. The rice tastes nothing like Papaye. The grilled chicken didn’t taste fresh either. I bought French fries & chicken the following day and it was equally worse.
