This location needs to do better on health standards. Twice, the pineapple juice i bought was fermented and today i was given pork that was rotting and had a very foul odour. The chef admitted it was smelly but said that is how that type of pork is. What nonsense. Surely. This chef could smell it before he cooked it. I have food poisoning from it as i type. The manager just stared into her book when i made a complaint about such a serious issue and never once looked up or acknowledged me. The cashier, the heavy set boy did more than the manager and did better to rectify the issue.What does this manager think her job roles and responsibilities are?
I am very sure they will cook the same rotten pork for the nect person that orders it
The staff is unfriendly. They look almost irritated that you walked in. Do they learn this from their manager? Why does this manager have a job there? She is a poor excuse for one. Promote this cashier though he could be more friendly.
I spent over 90 cedis here today. Thankfully, the 40 cedis for the pork was refunded. Hope this manager is gone soon. The owners should please pay attention to this location. It is an embarrassment...

After 15mins we went in and were told it's not ready and that we should please wait. After a while we then got a call and were informed that they didn't have chicken sausages which we had ordered over 39mins earlier on. After waiting close to an hour and running late for work, we had to cancel the order and started to drive out only to be told to wait 2 mins more. We couldn't afford that time so had to leave. What is fueling this complaint is that just when we drove out of the place, we had a call from them that just when the food was ready we decided to leave and boycott the food which totally wasn't true. Read moreIn this Covid era, I like how the have tried to reduce contact by providing menu screens instead of cards, providing glass partitioning to protect their customers and workers. They do their best to encourage eating out. Waiters are no more used so you have to walk to the counter yourself to order which was different from my experience with them in 2019. I don't know if it's due to Covid or they want to use the KFC approach.
Tried their noodles with pork and I loved it. Its nice to see the chef at work...
