⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A hidden gem in Samos — where hospitality still means something.

After being treated with shocking disrespect by another restaurant (despite a confirmed reservation which is Asimopetra ), we stumbled upon Dolphin Restaurant — and it turned out to be the best possible twist to our evening.

Madame Alexandra welcomed us with warmth, elegance, and genuine care — as if we were old friends returning home. Within minutes, she found us a beautiful table, offered thoughtful recommendations, and turned what began as a ruined night into a truly memorable experience.

The food? Outstanding. Fresh, perfectly prepared, deeply satisfying — each dish was better than the last. But it was the human touch, the warmth, the attention, the real hospitality that made it unforgettable.

In a world full of tourist traps and soulless restaurants, Dolphin stands out as a beacon of sincerity and excellence. We came here by chance. We’ll return by choice — again and again.

Scelto il ristorante per le buone recensioni. Siamo arrivati al locale alle ore 22… abbiamo chiesto se l’orario fosse tardo, ci è stato detto di sederci… locale vuoto…. Solo noi.. Che spettacolo!!! Invece no!! … dopo 5’min arriva una famiglia con bambina che si mette dietro al nostro tavolo, niente di male, fino a quando non abbiamo capito che erano persone di “ casa”…. A questo punto mi chiedo: ci sono circa 30 tavoli di cui solo uno occupato da una coppia… perché mettersi proprio dietro al nostro… e che cavolo!!! …. Arrivano le portate… voto 10!!!! Tutto spettacolare, niente da dire…. Anzi forse una delle migliori cene a Samos… ore 23:15 … chiediamo Ouzu e conto…. La signora dopo averci portato quanto richiesto ci dice che possiamo restare quanto vogliamo, ma che il locale chiude … noi diciamo : ok…. Il locale ha chiuso nel vero senso della parola con tanto di luci spente!!!!… cioè appena portato Ouzo e conto… le luci si sono spente immediatamente… siamo rimasti completamente al buio…. No … no… questo non va bene!!!! 15 anni che giriamo la Grecia, al buio non ci ha mai lasciato nessuno… che poi neanche mi dispiace il rumore del mare e nessuna luce, ma sembrava proprio ….hai pagato ? Adesso smamma!!! E inoltre insistente sul no card only cash… peccato perché sul cibo e il prezzo niente da eccepire, anzi , buonissimo… il ristorante però non è fatto di solo cibo … meditate … le recensioni servono per dare consigli su come migliorare la qualità del servizio verso il cliente. Magari se andate di giorno sarete più...
