Belmar Beach Bar — Restaurant in Argostoli Municipality

Belmar Beach bar is fantastic. We have spent one week at the Ammos residence and the bar is just at the Beach in front of it. Everything was beyond our expectations. Belmar Beach bar is a good solutions at anytime of the day, for breakfast (excellent coffee, fresh orange juice and pastries), for lunch (we tried almost the all menu and everything was good) and even for aperitivo at the sunset! Mika welcomed us since the first day and she made us feel at home, being always so nice with my 2years old kid and available for any of our request (my mom is celiac and Mika was very careful in providing alternatives for her). The workers there are really friendly and polite. I was really impressed by their burger and french fries, their souvlakis and of course, their cream pie (bougatsa). The location they have picked for the beach bar is beautiful and astonishing. The beach is very silent and great for families and kids. There are also a lot of Kareta Kareta Sea Turtle nests around so anytime from evening to morning I get to pass by and take a look as well as watch them hatch and walk towards the sea. Beautiful sandy beach . Crystal clear water . There are always plenty of sun loungers available whatever time of the day you arrive . There is a toilet that’s suitable for the disabled that’s kept very clean . The beach cafe/ bar has a good selection of food and drinks available. It’s delicious too .
