The BEST steak I have ever had! We LOVE our food, and we stopped here with relatively low expectations for something easy to eat as it’s not far from where we were staying. Then we ended up eating here at least 4 times in our trip!

The food is STUNNING and the family who own it are so sweet! Each time we went, we had the fillet steak rare and asked for the delicious mushroom and brandy sauce on the side and the steak was SO buttery and delicious.

Ouzo prawns starter, also GORGEOUS, fish was gorgeous and the lamb skewers… and the Terimasu!

You get the point, it’s stunning.. there was also a really cool thunderstorm that caused this small little sitting room taverna to go pitch black, and it was a gorgeous experience eating dinner in candle light and watching the incredible lighting...

Well Cavo Liakas, 3 times over the last 3 years I have visited here and you excel every time.

Family run restaurant 1988 and it really does show. Such care and attention to detail and you can really see the family work exceptionally well together. They greet you with a smile and their attitude towards customers is superb. Brilliant choice of traditional Greek and modern style dishes, cold and hot starters and mains and a lovely pudding selection.

Lovely clean and stereotypical Greek decor with all home grown Lemon Geranium, dill and much more in the garden. Nice clean toilets.

This is the star of the island for me having visited Kefalonia 4 times now I do highly recommend the visit. But be sure to book in advance during busy summer periods for it is...

The local restaurant to where we were staying at viglia village. Lovely food and wonderful staff. We descended on them en masse sometimes at least ten of us and a couple of times up to twenty in the group. Every time we were met with professionalism and welcome. There was on two people waiting but they kept us fed and watered whilst waiting for our main meals to come. Both waiting staff were lovely and although rushed off their feet were genuinely friendly. My favourite by far was the lady waitress she was just an amazing person and I was sad to say goodbye on my last night. A very special person and a loving hard working mother. A pleasure...
