We didn’t actually dine at this restaurant but had an unpleasant experience nonetheless. After we sat down at the neighboring restaurant, the staff here deliberately closed the sunshade above us – simply because we weren’t their guests. The restaurant itself was completely empty, yet they preferred to make customers of their neighbor uncomfortable instead of showing hospitality. Because we saw the tavern was full pri opus night, and we red good review, we decided to have dinner at Ploton. We had big expectations. The food was extraordinary! The meet was delicious. They serve very tasty semisweet red wine. But the service was disappointing. We waited too long to order. And when we wanted to order more after we ordered first meal, we have been waiting again for almost twenty minutes. At the end, we got ice cream for dessert on the house. In my professional experience as a Gastronom owner of 3 restaurants I can definitely say that Ploton restaurant has a great quality of products, very well cooked, atmosphere is wonderful and also a great service, I strongly believe that good restaurants has to be a few euros more expensive, me personally i pay that money gladly when I get what I paid for and what I got had a great value for money!
