Ntelezos — Restaurant in Athens

I've been a semi-regular at this neighborhood restaurant, but my recent visit was disappointing.

Four of us ordered, and while two got their food in 20 minutes, the other two—including a hungry 2-year-old—waited over an hour and never got their meals.

Despite repeatedly asking, the staff only said the food was "coming," but it never arrived.

To make matters worse, the restaurant staff failed to offer any kind of apology, alternative, or even a simple gesture like a complimentary drink to acknowledge the inconvenience

This experience has made me seriously reconsider whether I’ll be returning, as it seems that customer service is no longer a priority here. I've informed my friends about this unfortunate incident so we can consider other options for dining out...

Ήρθαμε στο μαγαζί γιατί μας προτάθηκε από κάποιους φίλους, ένα ζεστό φιλόξενο μικρό μαγαζί με εξωτερικό χώρο που το εσωτερικό του θυμίζει "κουτούκι" άλλης εποχής. Το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενο και γλυκό καθώς πρόκειται για οικογενειακή επιχείρηση η οποία περιποιείται τον πελάτη αλλά και την πρώτη ύλη αναλόγως. Μέσα στην ταβέρνα μπορείς να δεις ανθρώπους όλων των οικογενειακών καταστάσεων αλλά και μεγαλύτερες παρέες που κλείνουν κράτηση για να έρθουν εδώ. Τα φαγητά είναι όλα ένα και ένα καθώς η πρώτη ύλη είναι ποιοτική και η κουζίνα ξέρει να κάνει πολύ καλά την δουλειά της. Κάτι άλλο επίσης αξιοσημείωτη για το μαγαζί είναι ότι τα φαγητά είναι σε "φθηνές" για τα σημερινά δεδομένα τιμές και οι ποσότητες είναι αξιόλογες. Μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για οποιαδήποτε ώρα της μέρας, θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα αν περάσουμε από εδώ θα...

I was lucky enough to got to this restaurant by chance, because it is great. The atmosphere is really special and the service is welcoming. It is fully local so you can enjoy the real love of Greece, and the real traditional food Greece...
