Five stars are really not enough. The food of Evi was the best I've eaten in my life. She cooks whatever she feels like wih whatever fresh and local ingredients she can get her hands on, and it's always a success. Can't say I had one dish that wasn't the best, or that I wouldn't order again. Great people, great food. Try the Herisia traditional pasta, you'll not regret it. Will visit Chios again...
