AMAZING donuts. So you have to try the ones with honey and mastic, they are perfection. The one I had in the photo below was the savory Blue Cheese flavor, which was surprising and excellent. Bougainvillea and wisteria flowers will shower down on you during your stay like you’re in a fairy garden (see the coffee saucer). Our waiter Nikos was awesome and went above and beyond telling us what to do on the island and discussing interesting Greek politics.

We stayed here in Mestá for a week and came here almost every morning for coffee. Their coffee is also great!!! I’m not a coffee drinker, but Greek coffee is much different in flavor than I’m used to. If you stay in town here, be aware that no one opens until 9:00am at the earliest. Where do I start with this place? The service is non existent.. My loukoumades came out after I complained that a table seated after me got theirs which means mine were sitting on the counter getting cold. Went in to pay and all the staff are sitting around talking to their friends that were in the shop. The only guy working was the chef and he was being let down by his wait staff.
