Complete Disaster – Avoid at All Costs

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We arrived at this so-called “restaurant” expecting a nice meal, only to be met with incompetence, rudeness, and a complete lack of professionalism.

From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like an inconvenience. The main waiter was unbelievably rude, barely acknowledged us, and told us to wait before we could even place an order. Fine, we thought—maybe they were busy. But then 45 minutes passed. FORTY-FIVE. And during that time? Nothing. No drinks, no bread, no update—just pure neglect.

Finally, the same arrogant waiter returned, not to take our order, but to inform us that they had nothing left. Nothing. As in, after making us wait for the better part of an hour, they effectively told us to get out because they had no food to serve. No apologies, no explanations—just a dismissive attitude and more rudeness.

It was clear they had absolutely no regard for their customers. The staff acted like they were doing us a favor just by letting us sit there. We left hungry, frustrated, and absolutely baffled by how a place like this is still in business.

Unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like garbage, DO...

I highly recommend this place. The food is so delicious. They are claiming, that they catch their seafood by themselfes with their own boat and I believe them.

Shrimps were great. The salad was great. The garlic sauce was great. The french fries are absolutely selfmade and top notch. I am from Germany and ate french fries in Belgium, Netherlands and Germany of course. They can with no effort withhold with them....

This tavern is already blessed with a superb location. I loved eating near the shore. The service is charming, and I admit we probably overate because of the beguiling server who was totally lovely.

What about the food?

Well, it's pretty amazing, but remember that this taverna specializes in barbecue, so a lot of the sides are fried or plain heavy. Nevertheless, the quality is delightful....
