The outdoor seating here is absolutely perfect for a food break! The Taverna is just a short walk from the sunny beach, and is perfect to refuel your batteries in the middle of your beach day :) I was really happy that the waiters kindly offered vegetarian options, and even happier when they accommodated my vegetarian gyro request! The food and experience was so nice that I already went back there to eat a few times (even though i am not staying in Skotina at all!) and every time, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. If you are into raw chicken and pork, this place is for you. Absolutely disgusting. Everything we ordered was a challenge to eat. I am not talking about pita or sandwich of any kind, i am talking about the dishes. Horrible. The only thing we could eat was French fries. We came to the point of spitting out the food from our mouth.
