Had a few hours to spend before continuing the trip and decided to have lunch and stay here. The setting is nice, joyfull surrounding. While communicating was a bit difficult because of the language barrier, it was not a big deal. We told the waiter to bring the cold food (salad, appetizer) first and then the cooked ones but he said that will bring them ASAP (i chose to believe it was the language barrier) The salad and octopus in vinegar was ok but the STEAMED MUSSELS tasted poorly. They didn't taste fresh, were chewy like rubber and also the portion was very small. After having 2 mussels, I told the waiter (or manager or owner) about how they tasted and asked him if they were fresh. Basically he said that they weren't and were frozen but no other client had complains. The pasta was delicious. (Also had mussels but they were the same as the steamed ones and we removed them) When the check came, the steamed mussels were included full price and said that he cannot deduct it just because somebody doesn't like the food. For locals and travellers, Barbaroses is a great spot to spend the day. You can eat, drink, swim, sun bath and party there. We did it all! My wife and I held our wedding reception party here. The night was amazing and all our guests from around the world loved the venue and couldn't get enough photos of the sea, sunset and group shots between the trees. A special thanks to the venue manager Anastasia, who was very accommodating and helpful from when we started planning the day a year ago and till the days after the memorable event. Σταθερός πελάτης όλο τον Αυγουστο νοικιαζοντας στο γκαζον 2 σετ και πολλες φορες τρώγοντας στο εστιατοριο. Τοσο οι εργαζόμενοι οσο και η ποιότητα του μαγαζιου πολλή καλή. Σήμερα, 13/08/2022, η υπευθυνη του καταστήματος έφερε επαγγελματία ψεκαστή (φορώντας την στολή βιολογικου πολέμου) για να ΨΕΚΑΣΕΙ για τα κουνούπια. Σημερα, εχει 4-5 μποφόρ εντωμεταξύ. Τουτέστιν, εντελώς ξαφνικα, αρχίσαμε να καταπίνουμε χημικά. Μολις το αντιληφθήκαμε (4 ενηλικοι και ενα μωρο 8 μηνων) ξεσηκωθήκαμε. Αρχικα η απαντηση της υπευθυνης ηταν "Του ειπα να ψεκασει οταν θα φεύγατε". Προφανως και ο ιδιώτης, "δεν ειχε ευθύνη" και "εκανε οτι μου είπαν". Αρχίζοντας τις φωνες, η υπευθυνη ειπε το αδιανόητο, οτι "του ειπα να ψεκαζει χαμηλα".
Δεν ζηταω το προσωπικο της επιχειρησης να εχει διδακτορικο, αλλα ρε φιλε στις 17:00 το απογευμα και αφου εχουμε ηδη κανει 50 ευρω λογαριασμο και μας διωχνεις και μας ΨΕΚΑΖΕΙΣ ΜΕ ΧΗΜΙΚΑ. Γιατί?.Γιατί το μυαλο της υπευθυνης ηταν να στησει τα τραπεζια για τον γαμο.
Οταν δε της ειπα μαινόμενος οτι πρεπει να αλλαξει και τα κουβερ, πιατα και ποτηρια στα τραπεζια του γαμου (ειλικρινα ευχομαι στους καλεσμενους να μην εχουν προβλημα, αν και οσο γραφω βλεπω οτι αλλαξαν σε κανα 2-3 τραπεζια τα κουβερ) με κοιταζε σαν εξωγήινη.
Κλεινω εχοντας τεραστιο σεβασμο στους εργαζομενους (δασκαλε σε ευχαριστουμε θερμοτατα για την εξυπηρέτηση) και στην κουζίνα (εξαιρετικο φαγητο) βαζω ενα αστερι γιατι αυτο που συνεβη σημερα ειναι απειλη για την...
