Ntrampatoba — Restaurant in Ioannina Municipality

This a great place with great views of the Ioannina lake. The food was good and the choices are standard for this type of taverna. Dishes were well presented but one dish was served cold and had to be returned. This was done without any problems and second time was heated to correct standards. The staff was very friendly and polite. For me, this is very important and, coming from a customer service background, cannot rate the staff high enough. At the end of the course we were offered complimentary desserts. WOW! The baked apple was by far the best dessert I have ever had in a restaurant! Top marks for that!

The bill was rather “sweet” as well. For two salads, two sides, two mains and one beer, we spend €38.

A beautiful tavern with lovely traditional greek dishes. The atmosphere was very nice. There were pretty flowers all around the garden and we were eating underneath the trees, which protected us perfectly from the hot greek sun.
