Ploes — Restaurant in Ioannina Municipality

2nd visit with my family of 4 after a long time. It took 2:30 hours to get to the last main dish, which arrived to my younger after the rest of us had already received with great delay and eaten our own mains. A queue of customers in front of the cashier to pay the bill, as despite of repeated requests they never brought the bill to our table. We didn't dare to order a dessert as we couldn't wait any longer. The menu is full of dishes with incomprehensible artistic names, with the waiter having to explain each dish , which further prolongs the waiting time. Not even an apology....

Έχω πάει 3 φορές . Την πρώτη ήταν όλα τέλεια , την δεύτερη το σέρβις ήταν εξαντλητικά αργό και την Τρίτη μετά από 45 λεπτά αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε γιατί δεν ήρθε κανένας για την παραγγελία σε τραπέζι με 10ατομα με τα περισσότερα τραπέζια να είναι ήδη στο τέλος τους.

Το φαγητό είναι πολύ καλό αλλά είναι ιδιαίτερα αβέβαιο το ποτε (και αν ) θα φας . Η κουζίνα είναι συγκεκριμένης και περιορισμένης χωρητικότητας ενώ οι 1/2 σερβιτόροι δεν αρκούν για να εξυπηρετήσουν. το μαγαζί ίσως να μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει κάποια τραπέζια αλλά ο αριθμός των ατόμων που δέχεται δεν συμβαδίζει με αυτό . Παρά το γεγονός πως και τις 3 φορές είχαμε κράτηση φάνηκε πως οργανωτικά πασχει σημαντικά και δύσκολα να το...
