We recently had the pleasure of dining at this cliffside restaurant during our family vacation in Lefkada, and it was an experience to remember. After a long, relaxing day at Ammouso beach, we arrived just in time before it got busy. The temperature was perfect—not too hot— which made our evening even more enjoyable.

As a local who has been visiting this restaurant for years, I was curious to see how things had changed under the new ownership and management. After many years, this was the first summer with fresh leadership, and I’m happy to report that they have done an outstanding job increasing the restaurant’s charm while introducing new energy.

If you’re lucky, you might get the chance to dine under a full moon, which adds a touch of magic to the whole experience.

The food is, without a doubt, one of the highlights. Every dish we tried was made with incredible care and authenticity, from the fresh seafood—must try the grilled tsipoura—to the traditional Greek favorites like moussaka and grilled octopus. Each bite was packed with flavor, and you could really taste the quality and freshness.

What makes this place even more special is the affordability. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers such high-quality food and a stunning view at such reasonable prices. It’s perfect for families looking to enjoy a memorable night out without overspending.

The staff is young and they have hired local people to support their community. They were very welcoming.

Galazio is the perfect place to eat in Lefkada. Their food is delicious, the staff are all helpful, the restaurant and bathrooms are very clean, and the view of the sea is beautiful from every table!!

We ate here almost every day on our recent trip to Lefkada and tried everything on the menu. The fish is so fresh and is cooked delicious!! All of the meat is grilled perfectly, and their traditional cooked daily specials are some of the best we have ever had.

The restaurant is welcoming to families, and our kids loved the food. Our son keeps asking when we can eat at Galazio again! We can't wait...

This is a nice restaurant with a spectacular view and friendly attentive service. The food is of good quality and at a level you can expect of basic but fine Greek Lefkada restaurants. The chicken souvlaki and the Briam with additional feta tasted exactly as they should be. Only the patates (fries) are always to soft in Greek restaurants and should be crispy… when are they going to learn? The bottle of red Merlot Shiraz red wine was tasty with full fruits and low tannines. Will add picture and I was told it can be bought in Nidri. We will try to score a case in coming weeks. Visit...
