It's rare I give a bad review because most of the times I'm quite happy with the effort professionals in the dining business make to please you. Unfortunately not this time. The waitress had a constant bored look and she forgot almost anything we asked of her. We knew immediately that it wouldn't go well when she left the empty plates (for bread and salad) on a corner of our table without even taking the time to arrange them in front of us properly. I'm sure she does the same thing when she has guests in her house! She didn't even want to spend time telling us about the menu. Told us a couple dishes and then waited for us to decide! Moreover, when we asked kindly about replacing fried potatoes in one of our dishes with something else (anything available we said because we had a little kid with us) she told us it couldn't be done and we should order a salad instead (we had already ordered one)!! Hmm.. some people don't want to eat or give their kids fried stuff you know. Anyway, our salad arrived after 25 minutes with no oil and salt available (this is a given everywhere in Greece) and our souvlaki arrived an hour later (!!). She didn't even have the decency to apologize for the delay and she never gave us a receipt of our payment (this is punishable by law in Greece). I'm giving two stars only because the meat was above average.. I know there are contradictory reviews in here but I wouldn't risk it, there are so many better places to eat in Limnos...

Go there if you want to experience the warm smiley welcome of the owners, to taste wonderful freshly made food (don’t miss the keftedes!), all at a very cute little square in the centre of beautiful Kontias. Thank you for always being kind and consistent with what you do, please do keep up with it, we will be always coming back! P.S. We organised our pre-wedding dinner with friends there at the very last minute and were 100% ready to accommodate...
