Stay away from this place. The claim that they cook their food on a wood fired oven is completely false. We even asked to see it as it was obvious the dishes we were served were not cooked this way. The lack of smell of a wood fire oven should be a tell tale sign. It is shocking that reviews are so positive. The meat dishes we ordered were average to bellow average as they were dry. The fried potatoes were undercooked. When we brought it to their attention they didn't apologize or offer to replace them. Instead we ordered and paid for more which were also undercooked - raw inside. Adding insult to injury, we asked for a wine on the menu which we had tasted at the winery that makes the wine. The server told us they had something even better and that he would know because he is a winemaker. What they brought was horrible. When we asked for the original wine we wanted he told us he doesn't have it. If you want an authentic Greek Limnos experience go elsewhere. There are excellent restaurants in Limnos with honest staff who know what true...

Most of the plates were ok. We ordered besides meze and salads also pork, chicken fillet and lamp -zygouri-. Oven potatoes seemed as if they were not cooked same day and tasted awful. When we reported this to the gent in charge, a bold gentleman, after we paid the bill and leaving a tip - which we regretted afterwards- on good faith and without demanding anything, just for them to improve their services, he just said “what?” then “ok”… and just left. Rude, arrogant, unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for the basic standards of politeness across…

Only for this arrogant behaviour not respecting clients who don’t ask anything, this gent who must be the owner, might...

My experience was not so nice. Over rated taverna. They started with a spread served with bread slices on olive oil. The red wine was bitter and warm. Greek salad was looking nice but it was dry and to salty, tomatoes were not ripe enouhg. The cheese was crumbled, not in one piece and to soft. Olives sliced and they lost taste because of capers. On the bottom of plate they put dry bread that actually swollows all marinade and makes salad dry. Slowly cooked lamb in oven was extremely fat and oily. There were more bones and fat parts than clean meat. Zuccini fried balls were nice and tender, althoug a bit less of feta inside would be better. I would not go...
