Me and my family visited ouzeri Menelaos yesterday. I ordered two plates of redfish for me and my husband and 2 out of 12 redfish were burned.Then my daughter ordered steak that wasn’t cooked. We asked for the steak to cook more and then... the chef came to us saying “ you did not like the red fish and hated the steak, who should say from the beginning if you want raw fish or burned steak” He was shouting like a monster and was clearly drunk.The steak didn’t came back, so we payed and left. The place to be. Great food,great people and great prices for the best quality of food. Everything is local,fresh and unbelievable tasty. Menelaos is a place with long history that had made wonderful memories to all of us, since our childhood. Food quality: Average food quality but small portions. Pink taramas and white beans highly recommended.
Prices: Average prices ( 20-25€/person).
Service: The staff was helpful, bringing our orders fast.
Location/environment: It is based in a great location, really close to the sea in the middle of nowhere. The building is really old, creating a feeling of time traveling in the past!
