Goody's Burger House — Restaurant in Loutraki-Perachora-Agioi Theodoroi Municipality

It may have been a bad day for the particular restaurant but two stray dogs were having a nap in front of the tills (super unhygienic), when mentioned to a member of the staff and then to the manager I was firstly ignored and then was told "we can't do anything...", the completed orders were shouted at the long queue of customers in Greek 🤣 so my British friend had no chance knowing when his was ready, and when was ready they missed an item...again i had to intervene as the staff couldn't understand what he was on about. Luckily the manager saved the day and gave the missing item for free as, in her own admission, the order was too late already. After a number of complaints the manager with one of the cleaners were chasing the dogs out with chairs ... a bit of a Greek parody situation. Anyway, there is a LOT of work to be done to even be in par with other fast food places. Good...

the place is very big and nice. i love all the dishes, they are very delicious. the prices are affordable and the employees were very polite and friendly. also, i loved the detail about the paintings in the wall. the place is very big, with lots of tables to sit, so it is uncommon to not find a sit. nevertheless, goody's offers and a take-out option for those who don't want to stay there and enjoy there meals somewhere else. if someone wants to throw their children's birthday party there, there is a whole playground downstairs. A genuinely remarkable restaurant, would recommend to everyone, but especially to families with...

The owner/manager (as he claimed to be) of the store is quite a joke by himself! The most arrogant, rude, unapologetic and in general unprofessional client facing person I've seen in my life! Honestly dude, get a grip of yourself, learn some manners, and maybe visit a couple of more restaurants to get an idea of how you have to treat paying customers! You are honestly a joke!

As for the cashier ladies at the front, those were very kind and helpful, exactly the opposite of their boss and it's a shame that they have to work for that joke of a guy!
