Decent tavern, definitely a good option to see the beautiful waters next to the canal. We had souvlaki and salad, which were fine. The pistachio ice cream is very nice with actual pistachios in it. We came at 15:30 on Easter Friday and it was almost empty, so no waiting at all. Personel was very friendly. However it smelled like cigarettes next to the bar inside where you go for paying or toilet... Toilet had soap and paper and were clean. Too bad they don't have a single high chair for babies and no changing spot for nappies either. With such a big capacity for customers, it seems to me that it would be a small but very useful investments. On the other hand they have two swings and a slide for kids. Better not leave you kids unattended though because it's open on the parking and the slide is quite high for toddlers. Chairs look very old/used. Prices were decent, we ate well (2 adults and 2 kids) for 38 euros. Extremely windy that day, make sure you can tie your hair or you'll eat them. Parking is appropriately sized I think. Wanted a pizza and we’re simply told it would take too long, ordered a toastie with tomato and received one without, got a chocolate milkshake that tasted like they’d poured it out and refilled the glass with brown water. Ordered two bottles of water and received one. Chicken souvlaki for €11 was crazy given what arrived, and when we went up to pay they charged us for the more expensive toastie that we ordered but didn’t...
Read morePerfect place to look at the bridge... when it works. As we came early in the season (few clients) it was long and we froze in the wind. Fries, zaganaki and Greek salad. Nice client’s (mother and daughter) who took my baby in their arms while I cared upon my twins, thanks Amelia ! Amazing teeshirt and sun glasses (heart shaped) with written : “eat, smile, love !” The Pope off the place was eating at another table. Must be local.
The boss (women) was nice with us.
Difficult when the season begins after the lock downs we’ve had ! Our kids could play there on a swing and a slope.
Very clean floor !
Thankyou !
Best...
