Thealos Restaurant — Restaurant in Mantoudi - Limni - Aghia Anna Municipality

I rarely rate 5 stars, but Thealos was such an amazing experience (and I chose the word experience carefully).

We had dinner for two. The staff was very friendly and professional. They answered our questions and informed us about the food etc. They cared about what we had to say and were there to serve when we needed something.

The food and every plate was an experience on its own. We had Thealos salad, grilled octapus with caramelised onions, crayfish with linguine, and tenderloin with celeriac pure. For drinks we tried the white wine which was so nice that we ordered another 500ml.

Firstly let me say that every single ingredient was cooked to perfection. The texture, juiciness, temperature and smell made every single bite full of taste. It is obvious that Chef Dimitris has taken care of every detail.

The portions were plentiful. As a matter of fact the crayfish with linguine (was in the daily menu) was what other restaurants would serve for two or three. Possibly this was the best sea food platter I have ever tasted.

The atmosphere was romantic and picturesque, right next to the sea, with a moonlight 🌙 view which added to yhe whole experience.

They also served us some special liqueur with apple geranium... what a lovely closure.

Not food related but the bathroom and toilets were very clean and even there the atmosphere was well taken care of (lighting, smell, etc.).

Something which I personally appreciated (and I rarely find) is that the Chef was more than happy to adjust some of his recipes to a personal health-restriction of mine.

The prices are more than fair for the level of taste and service.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We will be visiting in every opportunity.

The Limni, Evias ( Greece ) " Thealos Restaurant " offers the magic dining experience that few restaurants in the entire world manage to achieve. Everything is perfect, plus they offer some unique local specialties that one can rarely find. Together, with beautiful July , 2023 summer evenings, there is no better place in the world. And being in small seaside village, it's prices are pleasantly very affordable. It is ideal for romantic couples, or intimate close friends. For any couple visiting this area, it is worth coming specifically for this restaurant, and after to experience Limni summer evenings with stroll along the seaside pedestrian boardwalk that Theolos is located on.
