First of all, both of the waiters could barely speak English (which wouldn’t be much of a problem, but it became difficult when we had to order, because waiter couldn’t understand what we asked for and was not able to properly answer). When we asked about which fish is freshly caught today (as written in the menu ‘Oven baked fish made with each day’s catch’) the waiter said salmon and sardines. Since we weren’t sure if salmon could be freshly caught in the island’s water so we went with sardines. We also ordered french fries with sauce, but when food arived, the sauce came without fries. Read moreReservation highly recommended. Because we had none. Otherwise i cant explain why the grumpy old man "punished" us with ignorance. He wasn't even looking at us when taking the order. The Lady was very kind though. But we had the feeling of not being welcome all the time.
We didn't even get a bottle of water like the other guests. (We know this sounds arrogant, but it is like a standard and everyone else were getting one without asking.)
The shrimps were very dry and not much tasty, the gnocchi were okay.

Staying next door to Manitas, we just had to give it a try, and what a fantastic decision that was! This place truly shines with its Greek-style dishes, each given a delightful modern twist. From the crispy cheese flutes to the perfectly char-grilled meats and fresh side dishes, every bite was a pleasure.
