Finikas Raki-Taverna — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

We came here due to good reviews and it was on the way to our next destination on the road trip. Spaghetti bolognese was recommended by the waiter. My partner selected the local pasta.

Long story short: Ok service, nasty food without taste, looked old, dry cheese on the side, dry bread. This was at 3/4pm on a Wednesday. Hard to believe they serve this kind of food with all these great reviews.

We came here three times. The first time the food was OK, some of it charged but did not received. The second time the food was not so good and we got charged a lot more than the first time. The last time we were invited by friends and it was a total disaster. Microwaved, cold inside. Meat burnt outside, frozen inside. Prices had increased once again, within three weeks. To top it off, two of us suffered from food poisoning. They say the third time is the charm, NEVER...

Just great! Pure traditional dishes prepared with the traditional recipes, fine raw materials, a great variety of selection, for vegetarians too.
