Το Πέτρινο, Ανδρίτσαινα — Restaurant in Municipality of Andritsaina and Krestena

Very strange attitude for a Greek restaurant. We did a 40 min trip because of the nice reviews and we came few minutes after 17:00. The restaurant in Google maps was reported as open but this was a misinformation. We are a family of four including 2 small kids which by the way were extremely hungry. They informed us from the restaurant that the kitchen is closed and we cannot seat or be served until 20:00 when the kitchen opens again. I understand and I could accept this for adults but it is extremely rude and disrespectful to do that to young kids. For kids I always expect more flexibility. In Greece we have strict rules of hospitality that most possibly this restaurant is not respecting or even is aware. The restaurant was half full of people with many tables available and some of which were served at that time. The staff was sitting inside for a coffee. A restaurant's main purpose is to serve not reject kids. If you want to make breaks this is understandable but do report it in Google maps so that customers are aware. Made a pit stop on our way from Dimitsana to Olympia and had lunch here. We were not disappointed!

This was such a charming authentic Greek restaurant and the food was delicious. I had their special that day which was lamb and it was great. Οκ αφου θελετε και λεπτομεριες ας σας πω. Η κριτικη αφορα επισκεψη περιπου 2.5 βδομαδες πριν, που σιγουρα ησασταν ανοιχτα γιατι δυστυχως ηρθαμε στο καταστημα σας. Απο το καλημερα που μπηκαμε στο μαγαζι σας η σερβιτορα φανηκε να μας σχολιαζει με μια γυναικα στο ταμειο. Τωρα το κατα πόσο ηταν κακοπροαιρετο η οχι δεν μπορω να το κρινω, δεν ακουσα, αλλα ψιθυροι και κρυφοκοιταγματα προς πελατη δεν ειναι και τα καλυτερα. Παραγγειλαμε δυο πιατα, ενα μπιφτεκια και ενα με κοτοπουλο. Αρχικα ηρθαν και τα δυο με αρκετα μεγαλη καθυστερηση και ακομα χειροτερα ετεροχρονισμενα. Γιατι ειναι πολυ λογικο ο ενας να τρωει και ο αλλος να κοιταει. Και που ηρθε το κοτοπουλο τι καταλαβαμε? Για καποιο λογο σας φανηκε καλη ιδεα να μας βαλετε μονο οτι σας εμεινε απο ραχοκοκαλια, δηλαδη πιο πολυ κοκκαλο παρα κρεας. Και προφανως το παλιοτερο τρικ, το ψωμι 1,5 χωρις προειδοποιηση. Και το πιο αστειο ειναι οτι ακομα και οταν θελαμε να πληρωσουμε, για καποιο λογο ενω η σερβιτορα μας κοιταζε και καταλαβε το νοημα μας ολο εβρισκε κατι αλλο να κανει, με αλλο πελατη να μιλησει, κατι να κανει στο ταμειο κλπ.
