This is a small town authentic Greek Cretan restaurant. It doesn’t get more authentic than this. Many home cooked greek dishes and reasonably priced.
They are open for lunch and dinner, with the same menu. Not all items are available all the time. We hade vin leaves and locally made sausage for appetizer, then pork souvlaki and stewed lamb for main courses. All were excellent! They were just like they were out of someone’s home kitchen.
We were also given a complementary desert and raki, (like ouzo).

Read moreFantastic local food. We are staying in a villa just around the corner and have eaten out here quite a few times now. The food is all home cooked and what is available from the menu changes on a daily basis depending on what they decide to cook, which adds to the fun and variety.
The portions are very generous and the quality of the food is excellent and very local. Top this off with a very affordable price and friendly service.

The food was some of the best (and cheapest) we had whilst in Crete, be warned the portions are massive compared to anywhere else we went !
