Parasia Tavern — Restaurant in Municipality of Apokoronas

Dining at Parasia was a very pleasurable experience which was conveyed through two factors , the well thought menu filled with many different options for all tastes to be satisfied as well as the insanely friendly customer service , from the moment we arrived Alexandros and Kostas made sure our needs very catered to accordingly. After a lovely meal we were served with their homemade Raki infused with honey which was really the cherry on top. Considering that we arrived 1.5 hours before closing and everyone was ready to go home soon we truly didn’t see a decay in the quality of service and for that this tavern deserves 5 starts. Will definitely be coming here again and i recommend you to visit this place if you are in the area. Don’t forget to visit their museum and learn about their history if you do!🇬🇷🫡 Thank you...

From the very beginning we were welcomed warmly and with so much kindness. After we sat down, we were immediately served a big cold bottle of water along with a small appetizer, such a great start.

The food is simply amazing: incredibly delicious, juicy, and tender. You can really taste the love and care put into every dish. My photos speak for themselves. I especially appreciated that the dishes were explained to us, and that they even asked about possible allergies.

The appetizers were combined for us so we could try more, such a thoughtful touch. To finish off, there was a small but fine dessert selection, also very tasty and beautifully presented.

First time visiting the taverna. It wasn't busy in the evening considering it was a Sunday, just two other tables. Firstly, they bring you a dish of 4 olives, 3 croutons the size of your thumb nail and a dish containing warm, garlic butter. Clearly not kept in the fridge. The meat was warm so you get the impression it was cooked earlier in the day and just warmed up. As soon as you ordered, they brought the food straight out, which confirms it. The waiters weren't really bothered. They were playing fighting in the restaurant then went outside for a smoke. Our plates were left on the table after we had finished even though the waiters would walk past and make no attempt to clear up. Not a good first...
