Ilias Grill — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

The food at this restaurant was genuinely good — tasty, well-prepared, and nicely presented. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by the incredibly poor service. The waitress, who claimed to be the manager, was rude, aggressive, and shockingly unprofessional. Her attitude was completely unwelcoming, to the point of being downright unpleasant.

She forgot part of our order and, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a solution, simply told us — quite dismissively — that we hadn’t ordered it. There was no effort to double-check, no apology, and certainly no attempt at customer care.

It’s a shame, because the kitchen clearly does a great job. But service is a huge part of the dining experience, and in this case, it ruined what could have been a lovely meal. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the attitude of the staff — especially those who claim to represent the restaurant...

I can not give 0 stars but if i could, i would. Don’t bother to come in the middle of nowhere to eat some mediocre food that you can get anywhere else in corfu. The girl that served us was beyond rude. I traveled the whole world and i never came across a ruder girl. She told us that she is the manager but i doubt such a person could ever run a business. She forget our food and came with such a bad attitude, didn’t apologise once or admit that she was in the wrong. I can not express in words how bad she spoke to us. This was not the only problem. Before this, i asked for a glass of wine with my half liter wine that i ordered and instead of politely saying that she cant give us glasses she shouted and told us that is her restaurant and we should get up and leave(after we ordered like 200€ worth of food). Such a shame that a good business is destroyed by people that are not grateful with their own life and try to make...

We had pork gyros, chicken souvlaki and chicken kontosouvli — all fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked! The waitress was lovely and friendly, nothing like the way she is described in the recent bad reviews here. While we were eating, a large group at another table started shouting about wine glasses and wouldn’t stop, even after it was explained to them several times. They later claimed a dish was forgotten, but it was obvious they had never ordered it. What shocked me most was how rude they were to her, even making comments about her background. It was unfair and unpleasant to watch. If you check, all the recent 1-star reviews are from this same group of people — they are not from different customers and I find that so immature from some grown people…I’m so sorry for the young lady, my heart felt so bad for her because i noticed she was crying… For us, the food and atmosphere were great, and we would...
