I came in the village and I was thirsty. I walked along the road and thougt, this Taverna has closed. But I asked, if its possible to drink something. And of course it was possible. And I also got something to eat. And when I was finished and wanted to pay, they invited me to ther privat Lunch. I coudt not eat everything, so they gave it to me. I carried the food to the Volikas refuge and had a nice meal in the evening. This are really nice people. Thanks...

It has a tough road to go but definitely worth it.. probably the most traditional place you can find in Chania, located in the main square of the village Kampoi on the top of the mountain..all of the dishes are cheap and you will get from the first try how tasty everything is because they using only local products .. rumors says if you dont go on this cafe you never been...
