This place serves Giosa. This is very rare. It is one of the most delicious types of lamb that you can ever eat. They start cooking it in a wood fire oven in the morning and it is not ready until 7:30 in the evening.
This lamb comes from an older animal and because the meat is tougher is why it needs many hours to properly cook. But when it is ready it is possibly the best lamb you will ever eat in your life.
