This place serves Giosa. This is very rare. It is one of the most delicious types of lamb that you can ever eat. They start cooking it in a wood fire oven in the morning and it is not ready until 7:30 in the evening.

This lamb comes from an older animal and because the meat is tougher is why it needs many hours to properly cook. But when it is ready it is possibly the best lamb you will ever eat in your life.

If you want to visit a genuine Greek taverna, this is the place! Everything tastes as it should be, not like plastic. I don't know if they do other than grill, but the portions are huge! We had a very soft pork steak, three oversized burgers and gkiosa (elderly goat with a very distinctive taste) plus fries, horiatiki, tzatziki, they were all so tasty and well cooked, thank you Vlassis. Nice garden, mother and daughter serve everything and work hard. But it was very upsetting to find out that they over charged us (see pictures for details - they charged 7€ instead of 4.5 for the tomato salad, and 25€/kg instead of 23 for the grilled lamb which was also way smaller than 850 gr) 😖 You should ask for a menu and make sure in advance about prices and dish weights.
