Absolutely loved my time at Café Limanaki! This little seaside gem has everything you need to slip straight into vacation mode. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and refreshingly laid-back — you instantly feel welcome. Whether you’re soaking up the sun on the terrace or lounging by the mini beach on one of the sunbeds (yes, there’s even the option for a dip!), it’s the perfect escape.

We are staying next door and went here one for dinner and once for brunch. The visits varied greatly! Let me start by saying that the view during the day is AMAZING, come for that alone, you can chill and have a drink, it’s very relaxing. So the food and service, our first visit was dinner, our waitress was nice and helpful and I asked if I could modify a dish as I don’t eat meat and she said yes! So we ordered the beetroot, burrata salad which was nice and I had carbonara without meat, my partner had meat patties with griddled veg. Everything was really nice so we decided to go back this morning, partly because the menu online which must be old said they had a vegan club. - they don’t Again when I asked if I could modify a dish, this time I got a no, they did agree to my having the fried eggs and they’d remove the sausages with no offer of something else or even knocking off a euro or 2. They also didn’t have any lactose free alternative. My partner enjoyed his omelette (with bacon and ham) I ate the fried eggs and a few of the chips but it felt oily and not what I wanted so I left disgruntled. After decades of summers in Loutra Oreias, we’ve never been treated with such blatant disregard. At Limanaki, we were ignored from the moment we sat down — no water, no greeting, while tables seated after us were served immediately. When we politely asked about service, the waiter brushed us off with, “When I get to you.” No apology, no respect.

This wasn’t a busy night, it was pure indifference. The atmosphere is lifeless, the menus are outdated, and the staff clearly don’t value their guests.
