Bayamo Beach Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of East Mani

Found Bayamo by accident while scanning the map for beach fronts with loungers. Low and behold, it turned out to be the best beach bar we’ve been to yet. The layout and design of the space is awesome - it’s trendy and elegant. Upbeat music, comfortable seating, good food, beautiful vistas, and great service make this our new go-to hangout on the beach.

Love the variety of seating choices, the food and drink menu, and the beach bar itself. They even have covered parking!!! This place was obviously thoughtfully designed and the attention to detail is refreshing.

Beach: Rests on the Selinitsa Paralia strip of waterfronts. Wide open beach with views of Gythio on the right and mountain landscapes on left.

Service: Service is great and the menu has something for everyone. There is no limit to what you can order from the menu either, loungers have ample table space.

Vibes: Great music with speakers scattered throughout the property. Definitely attracts a younger crowd and is open and popping until 11:00 PM (23:00). This is definitely where the cool kids hang out if they want a beach bar at night.

Loungers: The most luxurious loungers I’ve seen yet. Everything is very well made with leather and solid wood (brand new from the looks of it as of 2022). On top of that, they are FREE!

The beach has a nice view of gytheio, it is one of the prettiest beaches in the area. The sunbeds are super comfy, the umbrellas make more than enough shadow, and there are even big pillows so extra people can lay on them (for example if your group does not fit in the sunbeds only). They do not charge for using the umbrellas and sunbeds, neither do they require you to spend a minimum amount of money. The food is really good (considering you are at the beach) and we always have a blast. Very family-friendly, but somehow it is also so pretty that people even do their bachelor(ette)...

This is the must visit beach bar near Gytheio!! ⭐️ Its people are all extremely nice and friendly, always willing to help and serve us the best way they can! Coffee is really nice, which is a great plus for a beach bar, there is a great selection of cocktails and drinks and the food is amazing!!! The place here is really nice and we particularly enjoy staying here until the sundown for a cocktail 🍹 Will definitely keep coming here again...
