Almyriki — Restaurant in Municipality of Eastern Samos

Terrible experience! We ordered souvlaki which looked good but the meat we received was so bad, the smell was awful. Nothing worse then rotten meat. Just from the smell it made me feel sick. We told the waiter that it was no good, also the potato was not edible, looked fried but it was raw. The owner came and put back plate at our table asking us to explain what was wrong. I tried to but he kept interrupting me saying repeatedly that nothing is wrong that he is the best, his tavern is the best, he makes chicken every day and it's the best etc. I asked him if he even wants to hear what is the problem and what kind of serious health issues bad meat can make, he said " I DON'T CARE!" We were shocked. After 12 days in beautiful Samos with beautiful people, this is shocking. This sholud be reported to health inspection. We ate so many chicken and souvlakis in life but the smell and taste of this one...

This is one of the Best if not the best and one of the only Full Sandy beaches (yay finally) on Samos as far as we have found one. You can walk something like 50m into the water on Sand (yes sand no stones to be found here) and still only be hip deep, it seems to be very child friendly (a lot of local kid's with there parents are here at psilli Ammos beach

If you want a sunbed (€3 per single bed) at Almyriki Beach it's the best you are arrive here before 12.00u because is seems to be very popular. (You also can reservate a sunbed it you want) The sun beds are very nice, and they have cushions on them.

Great location, with a sandy beach (unlike most of the peble/stone beaches). Sadly the wait staff were perfunctory and did not manage guests well (on a busy day with guests waiting for sunbeds they ignored visitors cutting in line and taking spots from those who were waiting as requested). Staff were also hard to flag down to take orders and ignored customers waiting to order for an awkward amount of time. As a customer I had to go to the servers counter and still wait there to place...
