This souvlaki restaurant is found at the Northernmost part of Veikou commercial part. Normal prices, great taste, I liked that they used this shape for their fries, great sausage....BUT...2 minus stars for the cashier. I mean the black haired woman with the bad teeth. I don't know her name, but I guess you know about who I am talking about. Overly annoying behavior towards me..."it's 2.50 Euros, sir", "Please take your receipt, sir", etc....when to another client she didn't speak like that!! That's so damn ridiculous. This really sucks and it happens mostly with female cashiers. If they only knew me...the last thing they would call me is "sir". Would I be mean if I said, that I hope to...

Agrafa is a fantastic eatery of authentic Greek food of Souvlaki, Yiro (Gyro), Pansetes (Steak Thin cut), Loukaniko(Greek Sausage), Kotopoulo Sxaras(Charbroiled Chicken) and many more.. The atmosphere is very friendly, costumer oriented, excellent service and costumer care. Come by yourself come with friends and come with your family anywhich way you go you're bound to leave happy satisfied and full... I totally recommend this establishment and the other locations as well.. My review to Agrafa in Agios Eleyftherios is soon...

The restaurant is big so it can accommodate big groups upon reservations. The food is ok however they need to work on their customer service. They lack manners and when they bring the food instead of servicing each customer they place everything on the table and then you have to figure out which is which - something that is hard to do when the food is wrapped.
