A place worth visiting if being in Valtessiniko! I visited the restaurant twice as I was staying in a guesthouse nearby. The food was decent but not the best in the area. We also had local plates like wild boar and sausages, but we were not excited by their taste. Overall, the food was OK. The decoration was also decent, and the place was warm. It also had a beautiful fireplace. The prices were definitely reasonable!! However, what was really enhancing the experience of the place was the service! In particular, Giannis, the waitor, was the most friendly guy we met in our trip! He was really helpful, welcoming, and quick in everything we asked! I agree with what others have said in their reviews: fairly basic food, but very generous proportions, and everything was quite tasty. I'm a big olive oil fan and they seemed quite heavy-handed with the olive oil!
The moussaka was the best, but surprisingly, I really enjoyed the cabbage salad. Weird...
