Nach der langen Schluchtwanderung kam die Taverna gerade Recht um bei einem kalten Getränk die Seele baumeln zu lassen und sich in unserem Fall für den Aufstieg mental vorzubereiten. Sehr zu empfehlen war der leckere Kretanische Salat und der frisch gepresstes Orangensaft (so frisch haben wir noch nie einen bekommen). Preis sind okay, Service super. Wir würden wieder kommen - sollten wir nochmal durch die Schlucht wandern.

Good place to have a drink or something to eat after hiking the gorge. You can sit outside in the shade, toilets were clean, drinks cold :)

Very welcoming owners. We had lovely cold drinks and very good food after walking the canyon. They were very helpful organising taxis for people back to the start or to Sougia. The taxi to the start of canyon was 35/40 euros but OK as shared with other people at the taverna. The lady at the taverna speaks...

Terrible food and service. Don't order the pork skewer, it's full of fat. They are served with rice (although they indicate that they are served with potatoes on the menu...) containing huge chunks of salt that are unpleasant in the mouth. The prices on the bill are higher than those indicated...
