Buras Burger — Restaurant in Municipality of Kastoria

First of all, who could even think of giving this place a less than 5* review??? This place screams, “American burgers”, not the burgers you are used to. If it’s not to your liking, please go elsewhere, but do not leave a bad review. This is unacceptable.

This place is a gem. We visited Buras Burger many times on our vacation. You’d never imagine that you would find an original American burger place in this small town in the state of Kastoria in Greece. The biggest bonus is the quality of their products, locally grown, not like in the US, where our produce is flavorless, and the meat quality is “different”. I must emphasize, their meat is not frozen. So imagine that combination, a pure palate explosion! We ordered the King, the Queen, the Hangover, the Buras Burger, the Onion Ring Burger, the Classic, and the last time I ordered the Lamb Burger, “Provatina”, which was rich and flavorful (not like US lamb from New Zealand); and each one was better than the last. Can’t wait to try the rest. Oh, and let me not forget, they’re served on a brioche bun, yes—brioche bun!

Που να σκεφτείς ότι στο Μανιάκοι σε ένα μικρό μαγαζί γίνεται αυτό το μπέργκερ! Το μόνο που του λείπει είναι περισσότερη προβολή. Μπράβο. Ευγενικά και τα κορίτσια μέσα και το παλικάρι που πάει τις παραγγελίες. Προσωπικη μου άποψη το καλύτερο της πόλης. Μπορεί να ανταγωνιστεί μαγαζιά Αθήνας . Θα προτιμούσα λιγότερο ψημένο το μπιφτέκι,αν και ζουμερο ακόμη και έτσι. Φαντάζομαι ότι υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αν το ζητήσει ο πελάτης. Ήταν η πρώτη φορά...όχι η τελευταία .
