the worst place to visit if you re in a hurry and you value manners, the staff are extremely uncaring for everything, orders get lost and during rush hours you may never get served. Near 7 pm we were told there was no credit card service even though we were informed to the contrary one hour ago. We ordered boiled shrimps and fried fish in 3:30 pm and we got served in 6:00 pm. This happened not in a large restaurant but in a caravan of 8 tables. The toilet is a chemical toilet for construction facilities and not a regular one. A cute fish restaurant, located inside the area of fish auction, in Keratsini, a suburb of Piraeus. It goes by the name of "canteen," which is quite fitting considering its size. But, don't expect to find sandwiches and coffee here. Instead, you will eat delicious fried and crispy small fishes, such as small cod, squid, hand cut fried potatoes and drink your wine or ouzo as do the other customers who are usually the workers in the surrounding area such as fishermen, truck drivers. Αν ψάχνετε για φρέσκο ψάρι και αυθεντικές γεύσεις θάλασσας, αυτή η καντίνα-ταβέρνα είναι ο απόλυτος προορισμός! Η ψαρόσουπα που δοκίμασα ήταν μακράν η νοστιμότερη που έχω φάει—πλούσια, αρωματική και γεμάτη φρεσκο ψάρι και πολύ.

Όλα τα πιάτα ήταν εξαιρετικά, με υλικά που μύριζαν θάλασσα και μαγειρεμένα με μαεστρία. Από ζουμερά ψητά ψάρια μέχρι απολαυστικούς θαλασσινούς μεζέδες, κάθε μπουκιά επιβεβαίωνε την ποιότητα και τη φρεσκάδα των πρώτων υλών.

Το σέρβις ήταν ευγενικό και γρήγορο, με το προσωπικό να είναι πρόθυμο να προτείνει πιάτα και να εξηγεί λεπτομέρειες για τα ψάρια της ημέρας. Το περιβάλλον απλό αλλά φιλόξενο, ιδανικό για μια χαλαρή γευστική εμπειρία δίπλα στη θάλασσα.

Και το μεγάλο bonus είναι ότι το σκυλάκι μας ήταν ευπρόσδεκτο με χαρά.
