A wonderful little tavern restaurant in the mountains. Absolutely a five star experience, both for the quality of the food and the richness of the nature around it. From our seats on the outdoor balcony we could see for dozens of miles across olive tree-covered hills to the mountains in the distance. The meals we had (moussaka, gemista, and Tzatziki) were delicious and filling. Highly recommended, and very worth seeing.

It was not crowded at all, and the owner was super friendly. We had this lovely view all to ourselves. This is not some fine dining experience, but more like a delicious home cooked meal with really fresh produce and natural flavors. They have a tiny farm down below where they grow their veggies. Trust me, you can tell it's fresh as soon as you take a bite. The menu is really only 15 items, so choices are limited, but they were tasty.
