Tholos Rest Stop — Restaurant in Municipality of Livadia

Rude rude rude. This place makes it's money from agreements it has with tourist-bus companies. If not for that, it would close down. The older lady who works there seems to be an owner, hates her customers, and shows it in her facial expressions, sarcasm, and actions. You're basically told there are two different lines to pay depending on what you want, after you've already waited in a single line which all tourist buses gather into. Want to pay with credit card? Nope! And you better well be psychic and know better too, because there's no sign telling you so, and the woman there will just look at you and scowl, and assume you know what that means without telling you it's time to give her cash only. Yes, she does...

Arrived as part of a tour group on the way to Delphi. The people working there were very nice to us.

However, while we were there a young lady found a fly in her coffee. She informed the man at the counter who took the fly out and simply gave the drink back to her.

She requested a new coffee be made however the man said no as he had taken the fly out so believed the coffee would be okay to drink.

Frankly it was quite shocking to witness someone thinking it was okay to take a fly out of a drink and return it to a customer thinking it was...

This place is a rest stop on the national highway heading towards Arachova. It is very busy and has a nice space for visitors. It is a self service restaurant and you can order all kinds of coffee warm and cold as well as baked goods and sandwiches. The offerings are not very good quality but they are fast in delivering orders. Its a rest stop so prices are higher than normal. Overall you don't have many other options...
