On the positive side: the location overlooking the bay. On the negative side: service is the worst out there and the vibes you get are ones of hostility. We had to call them 3-4 times just to get our order, the wine never came and ordering extra fries for my son was a logistical nightmare. I had to chase them inside the store at the end to pay the check.! Above all though the food is really bad, everything is way overcooked, even the brocolli was mashed and the mussels tasted like gum. I really don't understand how these guys are still in business, do they work with new customers every day? Do they work with customers that eat worse food at home? How difficult is it to serve just a few decent dishes in this excellent location with a smile on your face? Let me offer a suggestion if you care to improve your business. When a restaurant accepts reservations, it means that they must respect the time of the client's reservation and not say, "Wait until the first table is free," which results in waiting in the sun with a baby in hand. Besides other main and second courses we ordered, we also asked kindly for some simple pasta for our daughter and were told that we didn't have any (never happened before in any restaurant). As a result, we were forced to order something that the toddler could eat, namely a small portion of fish fillet. They brought an enormous portion of sole fish, enough to feed at least two adults for 40 EUR. By the way we have ordered some fried whitebait fish. It was cold like it came out from a fridge and not from a fry pan....

Although food is quite ok quality wise (except from the “hyma” white wine which is actually retsina but is charged as wine), service is really bad. Bored and discouraging staff to allow you change table in case you have an awful one inside the noisy area of tents, ignoring your requests, even if it is for the bill… I mentioned that to the owner who tried to justify the situation on weekend’s busyness, but this was not the case, especially if we are talking about late afternoon hours, whereby half tables are empty.
Shame for such a good location and their effort for the food to destroy their image because of the service staff…
