These are the sort of places you should visit, if you want to escape the usual tourist traps. It scores on all points: the place has a lovely sea view, with lots car free space for the children to roam. The food is excellent everything we tried was well cooked and fresh. The main dish is fish and sea food, but also many local specialities like huge Greek salads, flowers of zucchini filled with cheese, grilled octapus, cheese filled fried bureks, sweet watermelon or baklava with almonds for dessert. Our disappointment of arriving before that date (as our accomodation was in this town) was totally compensated when last sunday we arrived after a long exhausting day at midnight and were still accepted for dinner (we learned they close at 1:00).
