Sea you soon — Restaurant in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

We recently had lunch at Sea You Soon in Moutsouna, Naxos, and had a mixed experience. The location is stunning, offering beautiful views of the Aegean Sea, which set a perfect backdrop for our meal. The food was delightful, with fresh, authentic flavors that truly captured the essence of Cycladic cuisine.

A young adolescent waiter provided exceptional service, attending to our needs with enthusiasm and care. Additionally, a senior waiter kindly offered us a taste of desserts for free, which was a lovely gesture and added a sweet touch to our dining experience.

However, our experience was marred by the behavior of a woman who appeared to be the manager. Upon our arrival, she rudely questioned whether we wanted to have lunch or just eat, which felt unwelcoming. We chose to overlook this initial encounter as we were enjoying the food and ambiance. Unfortunately, her disrespectful attitude resurfaced when we asked for the bill and requested to pay by card. Despite expressing our enjoyment of the meal, she did not acknowledge us and responded curtly. This lack of courtesy ultimately led us to withhold the generous tip we had intended to leave.

We spent the day in the quiet little town of Moutsouna; a true hidden gem. The beach was calm, the water crystal clear, and the atmosphere peaceful… a slice of heaven on earth.

For lunch, we decided to go to a place called Sea You Soon, right next to the beach. We were welcomed by a friendly young man (probably the owner's son), which immediately set a warm tone. I went for the mussels with mustard — full of flavor and perfectly cooked — while my wife had the Konomaros, a pasta dish with shrimp, mussels, saffron, paprika, cherry tomatoes. It was as delicious as it sounds. We also shared a Greek salad, and the kids enjoyed their club sandwich.

Everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared. The service was attentive and kind throughout. To top it all off, the owner treated us to a trio of desserts — panna cotta, crème brûlée, and a sweet cheese delicacy. Such a thoughtful and generous touch.

We went there with friends and family. When we order the guy was taking orders from Koufounisa without an eye contact. I

ordered a club sandwich and implied without bacon they put all the bacon they can. Also we asked for the kid a plain spagetti as she doesnt eat with something. He rudely replied like we cant do we have pasta as it is. Also we asked for french fries I am 100% sure its not the famous Naxos ones. Also schrimps simi ones are frozen im sure too. They were all from frozen brands from market.

When I wanted to take a shower 0.5 euros you kidding. You even charge for customers.

With your rude attitude and frozen, not tasty foods, you should change the name to -Sea You Never Again-. Or -Never Here- instead...
